What are the exact dates of the trip?

Saturday, October 10th through Thursday, October 22nd, 2026.

Who is eligible to participate?

ASBC members who are eighteen years of age and older.

How do I register?

Registration will open at 12:00pm ET on Monday, April 20th. All ASBC members who have received the ROF as of 4/20 will be able to log into this site using the email address listed on their REALM account and register. Can I register for more than one person?

Registration is limited to you and one companion.

Is this trip ADA accessible?

Unfortunately, no, this trip is not ADA accessible due to the logistics and terrain involved. It is not recommended for travelers who have mobility issues or require the use of walkers, wheeler chairs or motorized scooters.

What is the total cost of the trip?

The total cost for this trip is $7565 per person.

What is included in the total cost?

Roundtrip economy-class flight from Dulles International Airport to Istanbul International Airport.

All Intra-Europe flights between Turkey, Greece and Italy.

5-night accommodations in a Greece luxury hotel with daily breakfast & dinner.

3-night accommodations in a Turkey luxury hotel with daily breakfast & dinner.

3-night accommodations in an Italian luxury hotel with daily breakfast & dinner.

All ground transportation and tours by motor coach with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Sightseeing tours and activities with the services of a local government licensed, English speaking, Biblically focused guide.

All entrance fees to the archaeological, historical sites and museums as outlined in the itinerary.

Group transfers upon arrival and departure from airport & port with English speaking assistant.

All VAT & local service charges.

How much is the deposit?

$2,500 is due at the time of registration. Please note, $500 of your deposit is nonrefundable.

Is it refundable?

You may cancel your reservation anytime in writing only – by email – to any active representative at AIT.   The time of cancelation will be the date on which they actually receive the notice of cancellation and they acknowledge that they have received the cancelation.  We do not accept verbal requests to cancel any part of your booking. 

Because of the extensive planning that goes into each tour, costs are incurred long before the departure date. Regardless of reason, cancellations of confirmed bookings thus result in costly penalties and fees from hotels, transportation operators and other providers. Therefore, when a guest cancels a reservation, cancelation fees shall apply. The amount of the cancellation charge shall be determined as shown in the table below and shall vary depending on how far in advance of the tour departure date they receive notice unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. 

On or before May 10, 2026: $500 per person cancellation fee will apply
May 11 – June 09, 2026: $1,500 per person cancellation fee will apply
June 10 – July 9, 2026: $2,500 per person cancellation fee will apply
July 10 – August 3, 2026: $5,000 per person cancellation fee will apply
From August 4, 2026 to departure: 100% of total trip cost is nonrefundable.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, the payment schedule is as follows, per person:
$2,500 per person deposit due at registration ($500 is nonrefundable)
$2,500 per person second deposit due by June 10, 2026.
Final payment due by July 10, 2026

If I can no longer attend, can I transfer my spot to someone else?

Yes, the trip is transferable, however, any changes to guest names will incur a $75 fee per change and you will be additionally responsible for paying any third-party costs incurred as a result of such change. Not all airlines allow name changes or name corrections, so a new airfare may need to be purchased, the cost of which will be your sole responsibility.

Can I book my own flights?

No, this trip is all inclusive.

Can I upgrade my airline seat?

Yes. There are a limited number of business-class seats available at an additional cost of $6038. Upgrades can be made during checkout.

Can I choose my hotel?

There are no options to change hotels.

Do I have to have a roommate?

Hotel accommodations are based on double-occupancy, defined as a double twin room (separated twin beds for 2 guests) and a double room (1 bed for 2 guests), however, there are a limited number of single-occupancy rooms for an additional cost. If these rooms are sold out, you must have a roommate.

Can I upgrade to a single room?

Yes. There are a limited number of single-occupancy rooms for an additional cost of $2185.  Upgrades can be made during checkout.

Will I need a passport?

Yes. A passport valid for at least six months after the date of completion of the trip is required.  Click here for more information.

Will I need a Visa?

Yes. All travelers entering 30 select European countries will be required to have an ETIAS travel authorization. Greece and Italy are included in the list of participating countries. Click here for more information.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Will I need shots or immunizations?

There are currently no specific vaccinations required for any of the three countries we are visiting.

What are the physical demands of this trip?

Travelers should be able to easily walk two to three miles during the day, with 8–9-hour touring days, which may include climbing one or two flights of stairs and walking over uneven pavement, groomed trails or cobblestones. Standing up to one hour or more may be required.

Is it safe to travel internationally?

Currently, there are no elevated travel advisories for the three countries we are visiting. As recommended with any international travel, U. S. citizens are encouraged to register in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), a free service of the U.S. Department of State that can accurately and quickly contact you in case of emergency.
